Downsizing/ Deleting My Blog?

Hey internet friends. So, I’ve been thinking about this for awhile, and I’ve come to the tentative conclusion that I’m going to retire this blog (at least for the time being).

As some of you may know, I started a YouTube channel a few months ago, dedicated to reading, writing, and other story-related things. In addition to the “booktube” channel, I also created a book-related twitter and instagram. With all of these new social medias going on, I’ve found it difficult to juggle everything, especially with the new semester about to start up again.

I’ve used this blog on and off since I was 16 years old (which is crazy!) and think maybe it’s time to let it go. I’m not nearly as passionate about it as I was in high school, and have found myself much more excited about my new YouTube channel, Twitter, Instagram, etc, and would rather dedicate my time to those.

I might change my mind later on, but for now, I feel like this is the best decision.

So thank you to everyone who has stuck around with me over the years (or my recent followers). I appreciate you more than you know. If you still want to keep up with me, you can find me on

I hope to see you around!

So I did something a little different, and by that I mean somethingย a lot different. But this is by far my favorite video I’ve ever made and I’m super proud of it, so I hope you guys enjoy it. Inspired by the Raven Cycle series by Maggie Stiefvater, I bring you to Cabeswater!

I made a bookstagram account! It’s brand new and I’m having a lot of fun with it. As a photography student, you’d think I would’ve started something like this sooner, but better late than never!

Click here to follow me, and if you also use instagram, be sure to let me know so I can follow you! As a bookstagram newbie, I have no idea who to follow, so it’d be awesome if you could leave me your favorite accounts (or your own) down below! (Or just hmu on IG ๐Ÿ™‚

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas Spoiler-Free “3 Minute” Book Review

FotorCreated

I decided to try something different with my reviews. So I’m testing out this “3 minute” series where I break the review down into the basics: summary, my rating, 3 pros, and 3 cons. Today I’m talking about A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas, the first book in a young adult fantasy series set in a world of faeries and fae.

July TBR (To Be Read) + Camp NaNoWriMo

july

Here are all the books I plan to read in the month of July.

I’m also participating in Camp NaNoWriMo this month (more info on that here:ย http://campnanowrimo.org/) so in order to balance my reading and writing, I’ll probably have to read a little less this month than usual. I’m super excited about my WIP though, so this should still be a great month! (I’m also planning on posting a Writing Updates video later this month where I talk more about my WIP and Camp NaNo, so keep an eye out for that if you’re interested.)

Click here to see the books I’m reading!

If you’re also participating in Camp NaNo, let me know, and hope the month goes well for you!

Have you read any of the books I talked about? What are you planning to read this month?
